2012-05-18	TTR RANKINGS THROUGH MAY 15 POSTED
TTR's divisional and Pound for Pound rankings based on results through May 15 were compiled and posted between May 16 and the early AM hours of May 18. There were no changes in the Pound for Pound rankings. The most noticeable of the many changes in the divisional rankings was Floyd Mayweather, Jr. taking over the #1 spot at 154. "Money" is also ranked #2 at 147 and is tied for the #1 spot Pound for Pound.

2012-05-15	TTR RANKED FIGHTERS IN ACTION- May 11 through May 13- Golovkin and Viloria Retain Titles; Chakhkiev and Escobedo Also Win
During the three-day period of Friday, May 11 through Sunday, May 13, four boxers currently ranked by TTR's participating members as being among the best in their respective weight classes were in action. All four, cruiserweight Rakhim Chakhkiev, defending WBA and IBO world middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin, junior lightweight Vicente Escobedo, and defending WBO world flyweight champion Brian Viloria, were victorious.

2012-05-06	TTR RANKED FIGHTERS IN ACTION- May 5- Mayweather BeatsCotto; John, Stieglitz, Pulev, and Alvarez Also Win; Huck and Afolabi Battle to Draw
On Saturday, May 5, nine fighters currently ranked by the participating members of TTR as being among the best in their respective divisions, including three ranked among the best Pound-for-Pound, were action. Five, Floyd Mayweather, Jr., Chris John, Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, Robert Stieglitz, and Kubrat Pulev, won; two, Marco Huck and Ola Afolabi fought to a stalemate; and two, Miguel Cotto, who was outpointed by Mayweather, and Alexander Dimitrenko, who was knocked out by Pulev, suffered defeats.

2012-05-06	TTR RANKED FIGHTERS IN ACTION- May 3 & May 4- Kompayak Porpramook and Daniel Ponce De Leon Win
During the two-day period of Thursday, May 3 and Friday, May 4, two TTR ranked fighters were in action, and both, WBC world light flyweight champion Kompayak Porpramook and former WBO world junior featherweight Daniel Ponce De Leon, emerged victorious.

2012-05-04	TTR's RANKINGS THROUGH MAY 1 POSTED
TTR's Posters' Divisional and Pound-for-Pound Rankings for the period ending and including May 1, 2012 have been posted. Chad Dawson moved up from #3 to #1 in the light heavyweight rankings and has re-entered the Pound-for-Pound rankings at #11. Former TTR ranked junior welterweight Paulie Malignaggi has entered the welterweight rankings at #6 and two other familiar names have also re-entered TTR's rankings- Cristian Mijares at #13 at 122 and Sammy Gutierrez at #13 at 108.

2012-05-02	TTR RANKED FIGHTERS IN ACTION- April 29 through May 1- Senchenko Defeated; Pirog Wins
During the three-day period of Sunday, April 29 through Tuesday, May 1, two previously unbeaten TTR ranked fighters put their world titles up for grabs. One, Vyacheslav Senchenko, lost his while the other, Dmitry Pirog, retained his comfortably.

2012-05-02	TTR RANKED FIGHTERS IN ACTION- April 28- Dawson Defeats Hopkins; Roman Gonzalez, Jhonny Gonzalez, and Juan Carlos Salgado Also Win
On Saturday, April 28, eight boxers currently ranked by TTR's participating members as being among the best in their respective weight classes were in action. Chad Dawson outpointed Bernard Hopkins, Roman Gonzalez halted Ramon Garcia, Jhonny Gonzalez won a unanimous decision over Elio Rojas, and Juan Carlos Salgado, by scoring two early knockdowns, eked out a decision over Martin Honorio.

2012-05-02	TTR RANKED FIGHTERS IN ACTION- April 27- Menayothin and Oosthuizen Win; Sillakh Upset
On Friday, April 27, a trio of TTR ranked fighters were in action. Two, Wanheng Menayothin and Thomas Oosthuizen were victorious, while the third, Ismayl Sillakh, suffered a startling defeat.

This past weekend, ten boxers currently ranked by TTR's participating members as being among the best in their respective weight classes were in action. All ten, Adonis Stevenson, Erislandy Lara, Karoly Balzsay, Rakhim Chakhkiev, Juergen Braehmer, Ruslan Chagaev, Abner Mares, Anselmo Moreno, Luis Ramos, Jr., and Omar Narvaez, were victorious.

2012-04-18	TTR'S RANKINGS THROUGH APRIL 15 POSTED
TTR's divisional and Pound-For-Pound rankings for the period ending April 15 have been posted. There were no changes in the Pound-For-Pound rankings where Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather remain tied for the top spot and, though there were a good number of changes in many of the divisional rankings, there's only one new divisional leader.

2012-04-17	TTR RANKED FIGHTERS IN ACTION- April 13 through April 16- Felix Sturm, Juan Manauel Marquez, and Brandon Rios Among Winners; Michael Katsidis and Jose Rodriguez Upset
During the four-day period of Friday, April 13 through Monday, April 16, sixteen boxers currently ranked by TTR's participating members as being among the best in their respective weight classes were in action. Eleven were victorious while five suffered defeats. The winners were Denis Boytsov, Felix Sturm, Armando Hernandez Torres, Devis Boschiero, Tyson Fury, Mike Alvarado, Brandon Rios (thanks to a very bad decision), Juan Manuel Marquez, Victor Terrazas, Drian Francisco, and Akifumi Shimoda. The five who had "Ls" added to their records were Sebastian Zbik, Michael Katsidis, Mauricio Herrera, Richard Abril, and Jose "Torito" Rodriguez.

2012-04-12	The Vacant WBC World Super Bantamweight Title- Part II- and Other Assorted Boxing Tidbits
As reported March 29, the WBC sanctioned an upcoming bout between their then #1 and #12 ranked bantamweight contenders to fill their vacant world super bantamweight title. Realizing that didn't look right and certainly wouldn't sound right when the fighters were announced on the night of the fight, the WBC took the appropriate action.

2012-04-09	TTR RANKED FIGHTERS IN ACTION- April 7- Soto and Sosa Win in Cancun
On Saturday night, a pair of former world champions, Humberto Soto, TTR's #7 ranked super lightweight, and Edgar Sosa, TTR's #7 ranked flyweight, posted unanimous decision victories. Soto shut out Brazilian Claudinei Lacerda over ten rounds while Sosa won a close, hard-fought twelve-rounder over world-ranked fellow Mexican Wilbert Uicab.

During the two-day period of Thursday, April 5 and Friday, April 6, four fighters currently ranked by TTR's participating members as being among the very best in their respective weight classes were in action. Three, Lukas Konecny, Takahiro Ao, and Shinsuke Yamanaka, won while one, Vic Darchinyan, lost, dropping a decision to Yamanaka.

2012-04-04	TTR RANKED FIGHTERS IN ACTION- April 4- Tepparith Singwancha, Koki and Daiki Kameda, and Denis Lebedev Win
Earlier today, five boxers currently ranked by TTR's participating members as being among the best in their respective divisions were in action. Four, Tepparith Singwancha (AKA Tepparith Kokietgym), Koki Kameda, Daiki Kameda, and Denis Lebedev emerged victorious while one, stylish veteran Tomonobu Shimizu, suffered a loss (to Singwancha).

2012-04-04	TTR's RANKINGS THROUGH MARCH 31 POSTED
TTR's Pound-For-Pound and divisional rankings for the period ending March 31 were compiled and posted on April through April 3. The Pound-For-Pound rankings remained the same with Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and Manny Pacquiao tied for the top spot and there was a change at the top of only one of the seventeen divisions with Nkosinathi Joyi regaining the #1 spot at 105 pounds.

During the two-day period of Friday, March 30th and Saturday, March 31st, eight fighters included in TTR's divisional rankings for the period ending March 15 were in action. Seven, Hammerin' Hank Lundy, Nobuo Nashiro, Arthur Abraham, Eduard Gutknecht, Mateusz Masternak, Ricardo Cordoba, and Marco Antonio Periban, were victorious while one, Jorge Linares, was defeated.

A dozen fighters currently ranked by the participating members of TTR as being among the best in their respective weight classes were in action during the four-day period of Thursday, March 15 through Sunday, March 18. Nine, Luis Concepcion, Kell Brook, Pawel Kolodziej, Sergio Martinez, Edwin Rodriguez, Antonio DeMarco, Roman Gonzalez, Cesar Seda, Jr., and Rolly Matsushita, won. Two, Grzegorz Proksa and Matthew Macklin, lost and one, Giacobbe Fragomeni, fought to a draw.
