Two surgeries, one on each elbow and then straight into the biggest fight of his career.

I get that he wants to get that money while it's there but it seems like a tune up first would have been optimum.
Parker is coming off elbow surgeries?

Re: Parker is coming off elbow surgeries?
He's the kinda fighter that if he'd have taken a tune up he'd have risked blowing this big money opportunity for good. He could lose his title to anybody that's a half ass legit contender really. Or it seems that way to me.

That was my first thought but on the other hand, what if he's been fighting in pain for awhile. Before his last couple fights I was pretty high on his prospects.

Re: Parker is coming off elbow surgeries?
Joshua looked vulnerable against whyte but he imlroved since then. He moved his head better against wlad
Parker looked very vulneralbe against Takam and he hasnt improved since. He seems to be at his peak which is probably a bottom 10 guy with ruiz, miller, and takam.
I see no path to victory for parker. This elbow surgery wont play a role except maybe excuse making
